About

Not long ago, my days were spent working in the architecture field, surrounded by drawings, deadlines, and design work I genuinely enjoyed. But when my daughter, Bella, was born, everything shifted. I stepped away from that path to become a stay-at-home mom, and somewhere between naps and late nights, I found myself baking again.

Hi, I’m Rosa — a baker, mama, and former architecture-field creative who found a new rhythm in slow mornings, cinnamon sugar, and caring for a tiny human.

What began as a simple comfort quickly grew into Bella’s Bakery, named after the little girl who changed my life. These days, you’ll find me at the farmers market, hands dusted in flour, baking soft, gooey cinnamon rolls and connecting with my community one sweet roll at a time.

This space is where I share more than recipes. It’s a place for farmers market life, baking from scratch, feeding people you love, and the in-between moments of motherhood — including breastfeeding, learning as I go, and becoming someone new in the process. I believe nourishment goes beyond food, and that there is grace in small, faithful beginnings.

I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you came for baking tips, market essentials, or a quiet moment of encouragement, I hope you leave feeling fed in more ways than one.
